We respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any party when using hdvideo.tr (“Website”). We may, at our sole discretion, remove any content that we reasonably believe violates intellectual property rights. In accordance with our Repeat Infringer Policy, any user for whom we receive three valid and good-faith infringement complaints within a six-month period will have their right to use the Website permanently terminated.

Reporting an Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work or other protected material has been used in a way that constitutes infringement via the Website, please send us a written notification including the following details:

- Identification of the copyrighted work or material claimed to have been infringed (attach a copy or a link to the authorized version if possible);
- Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing and its location on the Website (URL or other details to help us locate it);
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or applicable law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the rights (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner);
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed as a result of an infringement notice, and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing: - Your physical or electronic signature;

- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in İstanbul, Türkiye and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party or its authorized agent.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material at our discretion, unless the complaining party initiates legal action within the timeframe required by applicable law.
